Utah County 2026 Concerts and Live Music
Some of the biggest shows will still send Utah County music fans up I-15, but there's plenty of great live music without leaving the valley. Touring acts and Broadway-style productions land at The Noorda Center on the Utah Valley University campus in Orem, while the Covey Center for the Arts brings concerts and community performances to downtown Provo. The heart of the local scene is Velour, the all-ages, alcohol-free room where Neon Trees got their start and where the next Provo band is always taking the stage. For a 21+ night out, ABG's has live bands every Friday. Show dates are listed by venue, in chronological order. Bookmark this page and check back often. We update it regularly.

Know Before You Go: On the UVU campus at the upper east end, next to the Gunther Technology Building — take the first right after the main campus entrance. Free campus parking in the evenings and on weekends; check UVU Parking Services for daytime restrictions, since weekday lots are permit-enforced. Reserved seating throughout. Most performances suit ages 6 and up, and every person needs a ticket regardless of age — no babes in arms, car seats or strollers in the theatres. Select performances are designated sensory-friendly with adjusted light and sound, and sensory tools are available on request at any show. ASL interpreters and audio description are free with two weeks' notice. Tickets through the Blair Family Box Office, weekdays 9–4.

Know Before You Go: Downtown Provo, steps from Center Street dining, so dinner before a show is easy. The Covey uses the Provo City Center lot, with more public parking within a ten-minute walk on the south side and along Center Street — arrive early when downtown is busy, and note that parking in the roundabout and driveway south of the building is prohibited and ticketed. The Main Performance Hall seats about 670 across orchestra and balcony; the Brinton Black Box handles smaller shows. Reserved seating. Doors open 30 minutes before curtain; the box office opens an hour before, and weekdays 10–6 otherwise. Bottled drinks and packaged treats from the concession stand are allowed in the theater — bring your own water bottle if you like, but leave other food at home. No refunds; exchanges into another performance of the same show run $3 a ticket with 24 hours' notice. Tickets at covey.provo.gov.

Velour Live Music Gallery — Provo

Know Before You Go: Provo's legendary original-music room, opened by Corey Fox in January 2006. It's the place Neon Trees credit as their home venue, and the stage where much of Utah County's indie scene got its start. All ages, and completely alcohol- and smoke-free, so it's one of the few spots where teens and parents can see a show together. Downtown on University Avenue, with street parking and public lots nearby. Tickets through 24Tix, and most shows start at 7:30 PM. Watch for the summer Battle of the Bands, a Provo tradition.

Know Before You Go: The full name is A. Beuford Gifford's Libation Emporium, but everyone calls it ABG's. It's Provo's classic downtown dive bar, with a long beer list, pub grub, pool tables and pinball. 21+ only. Live bands play Friday nights from 10 PM until last call, with a small cover at the door. Lineups aren't posted far in advance, so treat it as a reliable Friday-night option rather than a place to plan around a specific act.
