🌊 A Symphony of Disappearing Sounds for the Great Salt Lake Last Night — Free | Memory Grove Park, Salt Lake City
We featured this yesterday — but we're mentioning it again because tonight is your last chance, it's free, and the cause couldn't be more important.
Icelandic-Danish artist Olafur Eliasson's stunning light and sound installation wraps up its run tonight at Memory Grove Park. Each evening at dusk, a sweeping musical composition unfolds across a large illuminated sphere — a meditation on what we stand to lose if the Great Salt Lake continues to disappear. It is beautiful. It is sobering. And it is exactly the kind of experience that reminds us why Mountain & Main launched The Great Lake Watch this week.
Go. Take your family. Let it land.
📍 Memory Grove Park | Canyon Rd, Salt Lake City 🕯 Presented nightly at dusk | Free admission 🌐 wakegsl.org
